welcome  I have always been passionate about people and personal development. Having gained so much knowledge myself by learning from others and their life experiences, coupled with my 16 years facilitation experience, I decided to start my own people development business Dot Consulting in May 2007.

I believe in sharing best practice, life stories and tips and techniques which provides for a great learning experience and provides ‘useful’ skills which can be applied to our day to day lives.

  • Since people are such important assets for a business, we aim to make sure they are valued sufficiently. The investment in staff begins once the staff member has been employed, and should continue throughout their employment. People should be nurtured and allowed to develop and grow, so that in turn your asset will be profitable.
  • Our purpose is to ensure that every employer engages in effective professional training so that their company can achieve maximum productivity and increased morale.
  • We strive to increase staff retention; this is a key challenge in organizations today. Employee retention is vital to the long term success and wellbeing of a business. Managers readily agree that their role is essential in retaining their employees to ensure business success.
  • We aim to highlight the importance of a customer supplier relationship. DOT Consulting can act as a mediator and facilitate meetings. This creates an environment in which people feel comfortable to provide feedback, feedback which can be invaluable for process improvements which has a positive impact on the business
