Courses Available: Our programs concentrate on providing ‘useful’ training, which you can utilise the skills learnt into your day to day lives both in and out of work. We do not provide whiz bang gimmicky training, we enhance what you already know, share our own experiences and learn from one another. Nicola Weaver of Dot Consulting believes our best learning is through story telling ourselves and listening to others which is easily practiced in the Dot Training Room. Although professional, we aim to make the training environment as relaxed and participative as possible. There are always numerous activities involving the group as well as the program itself to work through, therefore providing a highly interactive and fun learning experience. Sales Mastery When you are asked ‘What do you think of when you think of a Sales Person?’ The responses vary but generally the feedback is not too good! Remember the statistic that if you encounter a positive Sales Experience then you may tell one or two people, but if you have a poor Sales Experience then you will probably tell anyone who will listen. Normally between ten and eight people. Bad news sells and people listen, judge, and remember! The Sales Mastery workshops have been designed to buck this trend and highlight the positive aspects of sales, about building relationships with customers and projecting a positive image in every Sales Transaction. Dot Consulting does not try and reinvent the wheel. We like to share best practice and tried and tested techniques. We learn so much from real life experiences which we promote through our workshops. There are four Sales Mastery Workshops in this series all of which have a thread of a positive attitude after all people ‘people buy from people they like’. Sales Mastery IV – Handling Customer Objections • Why do customers raise questions/objections • There is more than one way to answer customer concerns • Scripting responses • Being prepared and confident Early Morning Sales Blast Blast your day with a quick early morning Sales Session to get your day flying? These early morning punchy 1 hour sales sessions provide a quick interactive blast on a sales aspect or they can be sessions to discuss sales tactics and again share best practice. These are a great way to start your day in your Sales Role as they leave you feeling ready to go out pumped and achieve the next Sale. Motivation Matters Are you feeling under the pump, a little flat, or in need of some energy in your day to day life? If you answered yes or maybe to any of these questions, then Dot Consulting ‘Motivation Matters’ workshop can help. Motivation levels are crucial to our well being and happiness and this program is designed to help you understand your motivation levels and what you can do to improve them. We are all responsible for our own motivational levels, granted, and this workshop is a refresher of what we can do to assist in our motivation levels by being aware of them and what affects them. These early morning hour sessions kick start your day sending you off feeling positively energised and highly motivated. Using motivational techniques, quotes and sharing experiences, Motivational Surgeries will set you up for a dynamic day. Time Management So little time! So much to do! We are all racing through our busy lives and always complaining how little time we have to do things. Well hey guess what? Time is infinitive. How ever you look it at it, we only have 24 hours in a day. What is important is how we use that time in order to achieve our goals. We learn from an early age to plan our time. School time tables, out of school activities, dinner time, bath time, bed time and we still had lots of time to play and even spare time. Spare time? What’s that I hear you say! How much time do you have to play and do things that are fun. Do you manage to get through your work day and complete all your tasks as you did complete your school timetable? Dot Consulting Time Management Workshop looks at what we try to achieve in our work days and play days and how we can prioritise, set goals and make our days productive.
